Responsibilities
How decisions are made
Decisions of the Board are made by a two-thirds majority vote of the voting members.
The Board meets quarterly — preferably virtually or in person — with agendas prepared by the Chair and Coordinator.
A member unable to attend may designate a proxy to participate and vote, so each region stays represented.
Reviewed against agreed criteria and presented at the AGM, where partners vote on their approval.
A vacant seat is filled by the relevant region's vote, ensuring continuity in representation.
Held within four months of the fiscal year's end; motions pass with a clear majority of partners present.
